Greek salad is not such difficult to be prepared, but it is frightfully fresh and tasty.
What uou'll need?
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 onion
- About 100 g. of Feta cheese
- 5-6 olives
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice or balsamic vinegar (optional)
Just wash out the vegetables and wash them dry. Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber to cubes. Cut the pepper to squares and the onion to slices. Cut 5-6 cubes of Greek Fetta cheese. Put everything in a dish and mix. Add several olives and spice the salad with some oregano, salt, olive oil and lemon juice. That's it.
